Brief description

The GrandARM is a high-end electron microscope for experienced users. It has a cold field emission gun (Cold FEG) and a Cs corrector that compensates for higher order aberrations. These enable atomic-resolution imaging at 300 kV as well as at 80 kV accelerating voltage.
