Introduction to Image Analysis IA 1

Hands-on Introduction to bio-image analysis using FIJI. 3 afternoon course.

Course overview

The training runs over three consecutive afternoons (1 PM - 6 PM) and covers the basics of Image Analysis, with a focus on bio-images. The course contains mostly practical hands-on sessions with FIJI/ImageJ (with a bit of theory). The course is open to all ETH and UZH members or external users upon prior agreement. Please apply via an online application.
