Introduction to Image analysis using ImageJ/FIJI

Course overview

The course will run over two consecutive afternoons of 5h each. The format will be a combination of tutorials and hands-on exercises (you will need a laptop).

Scope:

  1. Introduction to digital image analysis

  2. Manipulating & processing images

  3. Making measurements

  4. Recording  and modifying a simple macro

  5. Selected plugins

Participation will be limited to 15 people. In case of oversubscription, available spaces will be evenly distributed between groups. You will be informed by email about your application no later than March 27, 2025.

ECTS

1 credit for PhD Students.

Course fee

120 CHF charged to your group through the PPMS booking system.

200 CHF for industry.
