ScopeM off-hour regulations

For safety reasons and to meet the requirements of the Safety, Security, Health and Environment Department (SSHE), the booking times fall in two categories:

1. Daily slots: 08:00 – 18:00 on regular working days
2. Off-hour slots: 18:00 – 08:00, and all day on weekends/official holidays

Off-hours access to instruments is possible for experienced ScopeM users. The off-hour working permission might require extra training and will be granted by ScopeM staff (primarily the instrument responsible). Support by ScopeM staff is only available during daily slots.
