Brief description

The LEAP (Local Electrode Atom Probe) enables nanometer-level spatial resolution in 3-dimensions, with isotopic identification & localization. Either voltage- or laser-pulsing combined with the integrated TOF mass spectrometer supports ultra-high-resolution analyses of materials.
