Brief description

This microscope is dedicated to polarization microscopy in reflection and transmission mode as well as different contrast methods (Darkfield and cDIC) in reflection mode.

For polarisation microscopy the following equipment is available: rotary stage, two polarization filters (polarization orientation rotation 360°, each for excitation and detection light path once), lamda plate. The equipment allows both Orthoscopy and Conoscopy. Moreover the microscope can be equipped with a motorized stage and has both light source and fillter sets for fluorescence microscopy.
