Brief description

With the Zeiss 880 laser scanning confocal microscope you can perform automated longterm multi-position life cell experiments. The system is equipped with a motorized X-Y stage (Märzhäuserstage Scan 120×100 IM), a piezo stage for fast focussing and with an incubator box (temperature, CO₂).

The system is also equipped with an airyscan detector for higher resolution confocal scanning (resolution in x,y,z increased by a factor of max. 1.7).
